取向硅钢常化炉气体射流冷却传热特性研究

Heat transfer characteristics investigation of gas jet cooling in an oriented silicon steel normalisation furnace

为改善取向硅钢常化冷却段带钢的冷却效果,利用数值模拟软件Fluent计算了不同进气压力、带钢厚度、带钢运动速度、喷射高度和喷嘴间距情况下气体射流冷却的传热特性.计算结果表明:冷却后带钢的平均温度随带钢厚度、运动速度、喷嘴间距和喷嘴高度增大而增加,与进气压力呈负相关;进气压力、带钢厚度及运动速度主要影响带钢的温降速率,带钢宽度方向温度分布取决于喷射高度和喷嘴间距,喷射高度 300 mm及喷嘴间距 75 mm时带钢温度均匀性较好.计算结果为带钢实际生产提供理论指导.
In order to improve the cooling effect of the strip in the normalised cooling section of orien-ted silicon steel,the heat transfer characteristics of gas jet cooling under different inlet pressures,strip thickness,strip movement speed,jet height and nozzle spacing are calculated using the numerical sim-ulation software Fluent.Calculations show that the average temperature of the strip after cooling increa-ses with strip thickness,movement speed,nozzle spacing and nozzle height,and is negatively correla-ted with the value of the inlet pressure.The inlet pressure,the thickness of the strip and the speed of movement mainly affects the rate of temperature drop of the strip,strip temperature uniformity along the width depends on the height of the jet and the nozzle spacing,the temperature uniformity of the strip is better when the spray height is 300 mm and the nozzle spacing is 75 mm.The calculation results pro-vide theoretical guidance for the actual production of strip steel.
