通过预处理技术、循环利用技术、末端资源化利用技术来处理转炉钢渣,实现了转炉钢渣的全量利用,达到了固废不出厂的目的.转炉渣和脱硫渣通过预处理技术进行了渣钢渣铁分离,分别作为炼钢和炼铁原料,实现含铁物料的循环利用;烧结矿配入 1.93%的尾渣代替熔剂,保证了烧结经济技术指标稳定;应用KR脱硫渣热态循环利用技术后,铁水温降相对减少10℃左右,脱硫剂消耗降低约40%;根据钢渣尾渣的物化特性,开发出钢渣微粉、全固废胶凝材料、路基料、免烧砖等产品,提高了尾渣的利用率和附加值,实现了钢渣尾渣跨行业协同利用.
By used pre-treatment technology,recycling technology,and end resource utilization technology to treat converter steel slag,achieving full utilization of converter steel slag.The pre-treat-ment technology of converter slag and desulfurization slag separates slag steel and slag iron,which were respectively used as raw materials for steelmaking and ironmaking,achieving the recycling of iron con-taining materials.Adding 1.93%tailings instead of flux in the sintered ore ensures the stability of sin-tering economic and technical indicators.By using the KR desulfurization slag hot cycle utilization technology,the iron temperature was only reduced by about10℃,and the consumption of desulfurizer was reduced by about 40%.Based on the physical and chemical characteristics of steel slag tailings,products such as steel slag micro powder,all solid waste cementitious materials,roadbed materials,and unburned bricks have been developed,improving the utilization rate and added value of tailings,and achieving cross industry collaborative utilization of steel slag tailings.
