基于智能视觉及APC的烧结球团物料粒度控制系统

我国烧结球团生产工艺中,存在物料规格粒度难以检测、控制精度差等传统测控手段无法攻克的技术壁垒,导致生产质量长期得不到有效改善.文章以辽宁某钢铁企业球团厂造球粒径优化控制为例,采用智能视觉分析算法、PLC工业控制技术、先进APC控制模型,有效地适配工艺环境,进行设备选型,设计稳定合理的测控系统结构,实现造球粒度分析与控制,为冶金烧结球团生产指标的实时调节提供了有效的优化方法.
At present,in the production process of sintered pellet in China,there are technical barri-ers that traditional measurement and control methods cannot overcome,such as difficulty in detecting material specifications and particle size,and poor control accuracy,resulting in long-term ineffective improvement of production quality.This article takes the optimization control of pellet particle size in a steel enterprise pellet plant in Liaoning as an example.By using intelligent visual analysis algorithm,PLC industrial control technology,advanced APC control model,and effectively adapting to the process environment,equipment selection is carried out,and a stable and reasonable measurement and control system structure is designed to achieve pellet particle size analysis and control.This provides an effec-tive optimization method for real-time adjustment of metallurgical sintered pellet production indica-tors.
