高纯镁砂球团煅烧竖炉的能量及火用分析

Energy and exergy analysis of high purity magnesia shaft kiln system

文章以某企业年产量为5.4 万t的高纯镁砂球团煅烧竖炉为研究对象,基于现场测试的运行数据进行了能量及火用分析.计算得出高纯镁砂球团煅烧竖炉的热效率、普遍火用效率以及目的火用效率分别为6.65%、52.45%和 2.37%.同时分析了竖炉系统的能量在数量上与质量上造成损失的主要原因,并提出针对性的节能措施.
This article uses a high purity magnesia shaft furnace with an annual output of 54 000 t of a company as a research object.The energy and exergy analysis is carried out based on the operational data of field test.The effective thermal efficiency,general exergy efficiency and destination exergy effi-ciency of the high purity magnesia shaft furnace are calculated,and the results are 6.65%,52.45%and2.37%,respectively.At the same time,the main causes of energy loss caused by the quantity and quality are analyzed,and targeted energy-saving measures are proposed.
