高钛渣密闭直流电炉烟气除尘干法改造实践

Dry dusting transformation practice of furnace flue gases purification from high-titanium slag furnace

以 30 MVA高钛渣密闭直流电炉烟气净化回收系统为对象,分析了原湿法除尘流程的特点,给出了干法除尘改造方案,结合改造实施过程,论述了干法除尘系统的配置要点,并对改造前后的系统运行效果进行了对比.结果表明:烟气干法除尘净化回收系统能够适应密闭直流电炉的冶炼工况,无需进行污水污泥处理,减少了药剂和水电消耗,降低了运行成本;回收烟尘为干颗粒,可直进入配料系统二次冶炼;净化后的烟气含尘量降低到 5 mg/m3以下,达到了大气颗粒物超低排放标准.
Based on flue gas purification and utilization system of 30 MVA high-titanium slag closed DC furnace,analyzed the merits and demerits of imported wet dusting process,given a dry dusting transformation scheme,indicated several key point and configuration of transforming practice,com-pared the operation effect between wet dusting system and dry dusting system.The result shows that flue gas purification and utilization system with dry dusting process could adapt the closed DC furnace,avoided the sewage and sludge processing,reduced the consumption of reagent,water and power,the plant running cost has been reduced too.Recovery dust was dry powder particles,could been blended into the furnace raw materials directly.Dust content of predicated flue gas less than 5 mg/m3,reached the ultra-low emission standard of the atmosphere.
