湿式抛丸处理板表面粗糙度的控制

目前,钢板涂装前的表面处理主要采用酸洗和干式抛丸,酸洗污染环境,酸洗板有过酸洗、欠酸洗等缺陷;干式抛丸粉尘大、除鳞效果差、效率低。介绍了一种湿式抛丸除鳞新工艺,能有效解决上述问题。处理后的钢板表面粗糙度对涂装质量有较大影响,作者研究了湿式抛丸工艺中钢砂粒度、钢板强度、处理时间、抛射速度等工艺参数对粗糙度的影响规律,并研究了除鳞后的钢板采用平整处理对粗糙度的影响规律,结果可用于指导湿式抛丸处理。
Surface Roughness Control of Slurry-blasted Plate
At present,the main method of steel surface-treatment is acid pickling and dry shot-blasting. Acid pickling is environmental pollution and pickled products have over pickling,insufficient cleaning defects.Dry shot-blasting is dusty,descaling poor and low efficiency.This paper proposes a new slurry-blast descaling technology without defects mentioned the above.Surface roughness of treated steel has a greater impact on the coating quality. Authors studied the roughness change regularity of the steel surface by changing processing parameter,such as grit size,steel strength,processing time,and projectile velocity,then studied the roughness change trend of the slurry-blasted plate treated by skin pass process.The results can be used to guide the slurry-blasting process.
