转炉运行品质是指有无磨损、冲击、振动和异响等安全性指标,与转炉支撑机构密切相关.本文系统地梳理和分析了从上个世纪至今各国转炉支撑机构的特点,归纳性描述了转炉支撑机构特点并决定转炉特别是大型转炉运行品质的主要因素.采用综合对比分析方法,首次提出支撑机构影响并决定转炉特别是大型转炉运行品质的主要因素.结果表明,当今各国主要采用六种典型转炉下悬挂支撑机构;影响转炉运行品质的主要因素:(1)吊挂机构部件;(2)吊挂机构数量;(3)吊挂机构布置.在这三方面技术进步以及如何综合运用是提高转炉运行品质的发展趋势和方向.
The running quality of the converter refers to the safety indexes such as whether there is wear,impact,vibration and abnormal noise,etc.,which is closely related to the supporting mechanism of the converter.This paper systematically sorts out and analyzes the characteristics of the supporting mechanism of the converter in various countries from the last century to the present,and summarizes the characteristics of the supporting mechanism of the converter and the main factors that determine the running quality of the converter,especially the large converter.The main factors that influence and determine the running quality of converter,especially large converter,are put forward for the first time by means of comprehensive comparative analysis.The results show that six typical under suspension support mechanisms are mainly used in various countries in the world today;the main factors affecting the running quality of converter are:(1)the components of the hanging mechanism;(2)the number of the hanging mechanism;(3)the layout of the hanging mechanism.The technical progress in these three aspects and how to use them comprehensively are the development trend and direction of improving the running quality of converter.
