Analyzed the carbon reduction measures and intelligent manufacturing solutions for bar and wire production lines.This article is based on domestic bar and wire rod enterprises,and uses several projects in which the author participated in as designer or consultant to systematically introduce representative achievements in low-carbon green construction and intelligent manufacturing development in this field,and propose some new technologies with promotion and application value.On this basis,the trend of greenization and intelligentization in the field of bar and wire rod is discussed,providing reference for new production lines and upgrading of old lines for bar and wire rod enterprises.
