分析自均压连杆蝶阀运行卡顿以及密封不严的原因,并提出改进方法.以现有阀门作为研究对象,通过有限元分析的方法计算阀板的变形大小,模拟阀板变形情况.结合现有阀门实际试验数据,证实轴套间隙影响阀板运行和密封,阀板刚度影响阀门密封.适当增加导向轴与轴套的间隙,提高阀板刚度,控制阀板变形,可有效提高阀门运行和密封性能.
Analysis of stuck operation and poor sealing of self equalizing connecting rod butterfly valve,and proposed improvement.Taking the existing valve as the research object,the deformation of the valve plate is calculated by the finite element analysis method,and the deformation of the valve plate is simulated.Combined with the actual test data of the existing valves,it is confirmed that the clearance of the bushing affects the operation and sealing of the valve plate,and the stiffness of the valve plate affects the sealing of the valve.Properly increasing the clearance between the guide shaft and the shaft sleeve,improving the valve plate stiffness,controlling the valve plate deformation,can effectively improve the valve operation and sealing performance.
