开发连铸中间包自动垂直定氢辅助装置,替代人工斜插定氢.以计算机三维设计、强度仿真、现场实际应用的方法,解决现场复杂的空间干涉问题、悬臂梁强度满足使用要求,整体重量满足平台称重范围.实际应用中验证了设备自动垂直定氢与人工定氢的差异性,并分析自动定氢数据具有更高的可信度.装置成功应用于某钢厂重轨产线,具有很大的应用价值和现实需求.
Develop an automatic vertical hydrogen determination auxiliary device for continuous casting tundish to replace manual oblique insertion for hydrogen determination.By using computer 3D design,strength simulation,and on-site practical application methods,complex spatial interference problems can be solved on-site.The cantilever beam strength meets the usage requirements,and the overall weight meets the platform weighing range.The difference between automatic vertical hydrogen determination and manual hydrogen determination by equipment has been verified in practical applications,and the analysis of automatic hydrogen determination data has higher reliability.The device has been successfully applied to the heavy rail production line of a certain steel plant,which has great application value and practical needs plant.
