轧机减速机的稳定运行是保证轧制正常进行的重要前提.通过理论与实践相结合的方式,针对棒材线中轧区水平减速机高速轴部件轴承损坏现象,从设备与工艺方面剖析轴承损坏机理,从而采取有效地改造方案对其改进优化.通过对减速机深入研究,制定两种更换高速轴部件轴承的方案:一是将SKF23230CC/W33 轴承替换成 NSK23230CAME4S11 轴承;二是将 SKF23230CC/W33 轴承替换成 FAG 的 F-674572.23130轴承.结果表明:通过更换高速轴部件的轴承,彻底消除了减速机设备运行隐患,有效地降低了设备故障率,为冶金行业减速机故障处理提供参考借鉴经验.
The stable operation of the mill reducer is an important prerequisite to ensure that the rolling is carried out normally.Through the combination of theory and practice,for the phenomenon of bearing damage of high-speed shaft parts of horizontal speed reducer in the rolling area of bar line,we analyze the mechanism of bearing damage from the aspect of equipment and process,so as to improve and optimize it by adopting effective transformation plan.Through an in-depth study of the reducer,two options for replacing the bearings of the high-speed shaft components were formulated:one is to replace the SKF23230CC/W33 bearings with NSK23230CAME4S11 bearings;and the other is to replace the SKF23230CC/W33 bearings with FAG's F-674572.23130 bearings.The results show that:through the replacement of high-speed shaft components of the bearing,completely eliminated the reducer equipment operation hidden danger,effectively reducing the equipment failure rate,for the metallurgical industry reducer fault handling to provide reference to learn from experience.
