改善现有穿孔辊加工工艺,加速穿孔辊的生产制造.以140深度改造机组某种穿孔辊为研究对象,分析并改善其加工工艺,通过逐步分析每一道加工工序,发现工艺中可取之处与不足之处,并加以优化改善.基于原有加工工艺,形成一套新的穿孔辊加工工艺,保留原有工艺长处的同时,进一步提升穿孔辊的加工质量与加工速度,在满足客户要求的同时缩短加工周期,更好又快的生产.成功优化现有的穿孔辊加工工艺,可以应用于穿孔辊的加工生产.
Improve the existing perforating roller processing technology,accelerate the production of perforating roller.Taking a kind of perforating roll of 140 deep retrofit unit as the research object,the processing technology is analyzed and improved.By analyzing each process step by step,the advantages and disadvantages of the process are found,and the process is optimized and improved.Based on the original processing technology,a new processing technology of perforating roll is formed,which can improve the processing quality and speed of perforating roll while retaining the advantages of the original technology,in meeting customer requirements while shortening the processing cycle,better and faster production.Finally,the existing perforating roller processing technology is successfully optimized,which can be applied to the perforating roller processing production.
