滚筒式飞剪剪刃间隙研究

摘要
滚筒式飞剪是带钢连续生产线关键设备,斜直剪刃间隙是影响剪切质量的关键因素.分析了剪刃间隙的变化规律,建立剪刃间隙数学表达式,剪刃干涉量以中间为对称分布,近似线性关系,端部干涉量最大.研究结果表明,斜直剪刃的剪刃倾斜角度β=1°时,剪切最薄带钢为0.5mm;β=2°时,剪切最薄带钢为1mm;β=3°时,剪切最薄带钢为1.4mm.剪切带钢厚度小于最小可剪切带钢厚度时,需要对剪刃或者剪刃槽进行处理.剪刃干涉量基本呈线性状态,因此建议对剪刃槽进行机修磨处理,修磨量基本呈线性状态,保证剪刃间隙均匀.
Abstract
Drum shear is the key equipment in the continuous rolling mill.The oblique straight blade gap is a key factor affecting for shear quality.This paper analyzes and studies the variation of the blade gap,establishes a mathematical expression for the blade gap.The interference of blade gap is symmetrically distributed in the middle,approximately linearly related,with the maximum interference at the end.The research results indicate that the thinnest cutting strip steel is 0.5 mm when the angle of oblique straight blade β=1°.The thinnest cutting strip steel is 1 mm,when β=2°.And the thinnest cutting strip steel is 1.5 mm,when β=3°.When the thickness of the strip steel is less than the minimum thickness,it is necessary to polish the blade or groove.The interference of the blade is basically linear,so it is recommended to grind the groove.The grinding amount is basically linear,ensuring uniform for blade gap.
