研究难熔金属无缝管材轧制成形装备与工艺,及其在轧制过程中的难点.本文以钼管为例,介绍了一种难熔金属无缝管材的轧制装备与工艺,针对难熔金属熔点高、高温强度高、难熔金属在常温下塑性较差等特性,需要加热后在皮尔格轧机上轧制成无缝管材,对加热系统的设计、轧制变形区的设计、润滑剂的选择、工模具材料的选择进行了研究.经过试验,钼管在加热到一定温度,选择合适的轧制工艺,就能轧制出合格的管材.使我们对难熔金属无缝管材的轧制成形有了更进一步的认识,为其他难熔金属管材的轧制成形指明了方向.
Research on the rolling forming equipment and process of refractory metal seamless pipes,as well as the difficulties in the rolling process.This article takes molybdenum tube as an example to introduce the rolling equipment and process of a refractory metal seamless pipe.In response to the characteristics of refractory metal such as high melting point,high high-temperature strength,and poor plasticity of refractory metal at room temperature,it is necessary to heat it and roll it into a seamless pipe on a Pilger mill.The design of the heating system,the design of the rolling deformation zone,the selection of lubricants,and the selection of tooling materials were studied.After experiments,molybdenum pipes can be rolled into qualified pipes by heating them to a certain temperature and selecting a suitable rolling process.This has given us a further understanding of the rolling forming of seamless refractory metal pipes,and has pointed out the direction for the rolling forming of other refractory metal pipes.
