In order to solve the problem of inconvenient and unsafe manual plugging and unplugging of the power supply for adding and removing cover on hot metal ladle,an automatic power connection device was designed for the automatic connection of the power supply for adding and removing cover on hot metal ladle.At the same time,the entire process of adding and removing cover was automated.In order to adapt to the automation of adding and removing cover,a cover mechanism with light weight,good stiffness,and good heat resistance was designed.This technology can effectively solve the problems of automatic power connection and automatic capping of hot metal ladle in metallurgical enterprises under complex working conditions.This article introduces the technology from various aspects such as process flow,functional structure,and automation control.
