为提高产能,镁合金冶炼车间采用转运坩埚的方式实现连续炼镁,利用子母车设备建立坩埚转运的地面物流运输系统,在熔炼车间和浇注车间共投入使用4台用于坩埚转运的子母车,结合物流调度系统及地面主控系统,实现坩埚从一个母车转运至另一个母车上的功能.形成技术先进、装备性能优良、运行安全可靠、投资经济合理、操作维护方便的坩埚物流运输系统,实现智能化、无人化作业模式.
In order to increase production capacity,Baowu Magnesium Industry.Attempt to use the method of transferring crucibles to achieve continuous magnesium smelting,and establish a ground logistics transportation system for crucible transportation using the equipment of primary and secondary vehicles.A total of 4 secondary and primary vehicles for crucible transportation are put into use in the smelting and pouring workshops.Combined with the logistics scheduling system and ground master control system,the function of transferring crucibles from one primary vehicle to another is achieved.Develop a crucible logistics transportation system with advanced technology,excellent equipment performance,safe and reliable operation,reasonable investment,and convenient operation and maintenance,achieving intelligent and unmanned operation mode.
