研究高速棒材轧机齿轮箱轴承游隙精密调整技术,及其在高速棒材行业领域的应用.通过对双联滚子轴承游隙调整原理、理论计算方法、轴承游隙选择与使用寿命的分析,开发并利用辅助工具实现双联滚子轴承游隙精密调整.高速棒材轧机齿轮箱轴承精密调整技术在现场应用后,双联圆锥滚子轴承的游隙得到精密调整控制,轧机齿轮箱装配精度大幅提升,轴承使用寿命大大延长.轴承精密调整技术的研究应用对轧机齿轮箱平稳安全运行意义重大,有效控制轴承损坏事故,减少设备事故停机维护时间和经济损失.
Research on precision adjustment technology for bearing clearance of high-speed bar rolling mill gearbox and its application in the high-speed bar industry.By analyzing the principle,theoretical calculation method,selection of bearing clearance,and service life of dual roller bearings,we have developed and utilized auxiliary tools to achieve precise adjustment of dual roller bearing clearance.After the precise adjustment technology of high-speed bar rolling mill gearbox bearing is applied on site,the clearance of the double tapered roller bearing is precisely adjusted and controlled,the assembly accuracy of the rolling mill gearbox is greatly improved,and the service life of the bearing is greatly extended.The research and application of precision adjustment technology for bearings is of great significance for the smooth and safe operation of rolling mill gearboxes,effectively controlling bearing damage accidents,reducing equipment downtime,maintenance time,and economic losses.
