摘要
型钢冷锯定尺装置是型钢厂冷区重要设备之一.本文以攀钢钢轨生产中定尺小车的设计为例,简要介绍了定尺装置设计的重点及设备选型中的一些建议.通过收集定尺小车的技术需求,确定主要组成部分,对各个部件做了详细设计和优化.该定尺小车能够实现与冷锯配套使用,实际用于攀钢钢轨的生产.满足产线使用要求,定位精度较高,可供读者参考.
Abstract
The steel cold saw measuring device is one of the important component equipment in the cold area of the steel mill.In order to meet the needs of the customers for the length specifications of the rolling parts,the rolling steel is cut and cut.This paper briefly introduces the design of sizing trolley in the production of Panzhihua steel rail and some suggestions in equipment selection.By collecting the technical requirements of the fixed trolley,the main components are determined,and the design and optimization of each component are made in detail.The car can be used with cold saw and actually used in the production of steel rail.Meet the requirements of production line use,the positioning accuracy is high,for readers'reference.
