研究转鼓法渣处理技术对高炉炉渣进行处理,能否达到节约用水的目的.采用高炉水渣经粒化塔冲渣沟进入转鼓,通过转鼓进行渣水分离,通过增加熔渣沟长度、采用冲制箱极速水流水淬等方法转鼓分离高炉炉渣,并分析炉渣渣水比和吨耗水率,可以明显得出运用转鼓法高炉渣处理技术的项目,渣水比和吨耗水率都有明显优化,本项目通过改进转鼓法渣处理技术对高炉炉渣处理方法进行工艺技术研究,可以达到节约用水节约能源的目的,符合国家持续发展要求,供大家参考.
The purpose of saving water is to study whether the slag treatment technology of rotary drum method can be used to treat the blast furnace slag.The blast furnace slag enters the drum through the slag flushing ditch of the granulation tower,and the slag-water separation is carried out through the drum,then the blast furnace slag is separated from the rotary drum by increasing the length of the slag ditch,using the method of extremely fast water flow and water quenching of the punching box,and analyzing the slag water ratio and ton water consumption rate,it can be clearly concluded that this project using the rotary drum blast furnace slag treatment technology,the slag-water ratio and ton water consumption rate have been significantly optimized.This project conducts technical research on the blast furnace slag treatment method by improving the drum method slag treatment technology,to achieve the purpose of saving water and energy,which meets the requirements of national sustainable development,for your reference.
