To study the main factors affecting export stacking steel in the production of continuous pickling thin gauge automotive panels, and to achieve stable production of thin gauge automotive panels on the continuous pickling line.Statistical analysis of steel stacking accidents revealed that slipping of the pinch roll before shearing, bending of the head after shearing at the outlet, and internal steel stacking in the outlet flying shear were key influencing factors.Through equipment adjustments and modifications,a group of pinch rolls was added in front of the oiling machine, the pinch roll before shearing was changed to a rubber roll, and the position of the front support roller of the oil film thickness gauge was adjusted to address the key factors affecting the occurrence of steel stacking. After the equipment modification and adjustment, reducing residual oil on the surface of the strip steel and rollers and increasing the pressure of the pinch roller help to increase the power provided by the pinch roller to the strip steel and reduce the probability of steel stacking.Through equipment modification, the friction force of the strip steel is increased to reduce slipping, and the position of the roller is adjusted to avoid the occurrence of strip steel bending. The problem of stacking steel for thin gauge automotive plates has been fundamentally solved.
