摘要

围绕某公司彩涂产线排烟风机转子断裂问题,应用有限元仿真方法,分别计算了主轴采用不同加工方案轴承位的温度分布,通过对比分析得到了适合该风机转子的制作方案,计算结果经实践检验正确,该方法为同类问题的解决提供了思路和借鉴意义.

Abstract

Based on the rotor fracture problem of smoke exhaust fan in a company's color-coated production line,the temperature distribution of the bearing position of the main shaft with different processing schemes was calculated by finite element simulation method,and the production scheme suitable for the rotor of the fan was obtained through comparative analysis.The calculation results were verified correctly by practice.
