Two methods for replacing the tilting reducer of the disassembled material chute under this fault were introduced:first the lower end with wire rope,and then use the maintenance car up slowly lift the chute,with the manual tray chute over reducer internal 46° fault gear or remove the fan ruler after the control operation tilt reducer down after installing fan ruler"gear dislocation method"to avoid the fault tooth upward tilt chute to the maintenance position.The first method is used to shorten the time of removing the cloth chute to 3 hours,which greatly reduces the construction time and avoids the overall replacement of the gas-seal box,saves the maintenance cost,and produces the blast furnace in advance.These two methods can provide a reference for similar types of equipment failure.
