In the production process of spring flat steel rolling,because the main components of its smoke and dust are iron oxide,oil smoke and water vapor,and the water vapor content is large,the traditional dust removal technology such as bag filter can not be used to collect and treat the dust.With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements in recent years,this paper introduces a kind of dust removal system with high-efficiency wet dust removal technology,which can reduce the dust of steel rolling and achieve the goal of ultra-low emission in the spring flat steel line.
