摘要

为了更直观地了解设备的内部结构和工作原理,更好的体验设备的性能和优势,采用Solid-Works及Composer软件对立式双辊铸轧平台进行三维建模并实现虚拟动画仿真效果.采用虚拟交互和实际设备相结合的方式可以有效提高设备认知程度,同时对企业设备的介绍和深入了解提供一种新的辅助方法.

Abstract

In order to understand the internal structure and working principle of the equipment more intuitively,and better experience the performance and advantages of the equipment,SolidWorks and Composer software were used to model the vertical double-roll casting and rolling platform in 3D and realize the virtual animation simulation effect.The combination of virtual interaction and actual equipment can effectively improve the awareness of the device,and at the same time provide a new auxiliary method for the introduction and in-depth understanding of enterprise equipment.
