势能回收液压系统补油模型属于流体与控制重点研究领域.讨论了连续补油和间歇补油的两种补油方式特点,分析了势能回收闭式液压系统工作原理,提出了基于泄漏特性的不同工作环境下补油模型,即基于油箱液位变化的补油模型,基于工作温度变化的补油模型等三种间隙补油模型,并分别推导出三种补油模型的数学表达公式.间歇补油模型可以按系统需要对闭式液压系统进行补油,且能够简化系统配置,增加系统的可靠性,且更节能.其中基于工作温度变化的补油模型因充分考虑了蓄能器的温度变化特性而具有最广泛的适用性.
The filling model of hydraulic system for potential energy recovery belongs to the key research field of fluid and control.Discuss the characteristics of continuous oil filling and intermittent oil filling mode,analyzes the working principle of potential energy recovery closed hydraulic system,based on the leakage characteristics of different working environment filling model,namely based on the change of tank level filling model,based on the working temperature change of oil filling model three gap filling model,and derived the mathematical expression of three oil filling model respectively.Intermittent oil filling model can fill the closed hydraulic system according to the system needs,and can simplify the system configuration,increase the reliability of the system,and more energy saving.Among them,the oil filling model based on the working temperature change has the most extensive applicability because it fully considers the temperature change characteristics of the accumulator.
