Taking sintered wet flue gas as the research object,the influence of moisture content in sintered flue gas was analyzed,flue gas conditioning was studied,and the physicochemical properties of catalysts were studied.Numerical simulation was used to analyze the multiphase mixed strengthening method of the flow field,forming the residual heat driven desulfurization tower slurry cooling dehumidification technology and dual heating SCR denitrification technology.Patent equipment such as self-cleaning slag distribution plate and multi-point array high-efficiency air mixing device were independently developed and applied in practical engineering.After practical engineering testing,the dehumidification effect of the system has been improved by nearly 6 times,and the system stability has been improved by 6 times,achieving a 3-year no major repair.The lifespan of the system equipment has been doubled,and the lifespan of the equipment has been extended to over 10 years.If the flue gas circulation rate is 25%~30%,the overall energy consumption indicators,ultra-low emission indicators,and other technical indicators of this technology will be further optimized.
