Study the causes of heat loss in the rotary annealing furnace during rotation,and corresponding improvement measures.According to the motion characteristics of the hearth rotary,the heat loss during rotation can be reduced by optimizing the parameters of low flame combustion and the time sequence of the hearth rotary.After improvement,the combustion loop basically enters low flame combustion state at the same time,and the action time of auxiliary equipment is reduced,the duration of low flame combustion during rotation is significantly reduced.Reducing the duration of low flame combustion can effectively reduce the heat loss in the furnace during rotation,which plays an important role in the stable operation of the furnace condition.
