The molten iron transport vehicle is used in the transportation of molten iron between ironworks and steel mills,and its dynamic performance is very important to ensure safe production.In this paper,a line test is carried out for a 110 t molten iron transport vehicle,considering the influence of different load,different running speed and different lines.The test results show that the speed increase will significantly increase the vibration of the frame and the car body.Especially when the running speed is 18km/h,the lateral vibration of the frame and the lateral vibration of the car body exceed the standard value,and the speed limit management should be considered.Compared with the straight section and the curve section,the dynamic performance is poor when passing through the turnout.Among them,when passing through the turnout under AW0 condition,the wheel load reduction rate reaches 0.621,which is close to the limit value of 0.65.The dynamic performance of AW3 is better than that of AW0.The research results have important guiding significance for safety production.
