为了能够有效解决了特钢生产线无张力、短坯料轧制时,因轧机"咬钢"困难导致无法顺利轧钢的难题.采用在原有设备上增设"夹送辊"和自动对中装置的方式,研制出一种通过辅助辊道、工艺辊道相互配合从而适用于短板坯轧制工序的轧机辅助喂钢及自动对中装置.该设备结构简单、性能稳定可靠;自动喂钢装置改善了作业条件,避免了人工操作危险性,提高了作业效率,具有一定的推广、借鉴价值.
In order to effectively solve the problem of untensive and short billet rolling in the special steel production line,the problem of unsuccessful rolling due to the difficulty of"biting steel"in the rolling mill can not be successfully solved.By adding"pinch roller"and automatic centering device on the original equipment,a rolling mill auxiliary steel feeding and automatic centering device suitable for the rolling process of short board billet are developed by cooperating with each other of auxiliary roller table and process roller table.The equipment has simple structure,stable and reliable performance,and the automatic steel feeding device improves the working conditions,avoids the danger of manual operation,improves the operation efficiency,and has a certain promotion and reference value.
