研究捣固焦炉机车全自动操作的实现,保证各个动作触发的条件逻辑安全可靠.以可靠的地址检测、关键安全信号的检测和稳定的通讯系统作为底层保障.在此基础上,针对现场机车的工艺流程和作业特点,对每个自动操作的步序条件进行分析与设计.必要情况下进行一定的信号冗余处理,从而实现可靠稳定的自动操作控制.根据研究设计方案进行现场实施,最终满足各车在各自工艺条件情况下,实现了车辆全自动化操作.通过多地址检测、信号冗余等处理,可有效保证焦炉机车自动化运行的可靠稳定性.
Research the implementation of fully automatic operation of stamping coke oven locomotives,to ensure the safety and reliability of the conditional logic triggered by each action.For coke oven machine full-automation controlling,credible address,key safety signals and steady communication is necessary.On this basis,according to technological process and working feature of every machine,we should analyze and design the action sequence factor of every automation action.And it is necessary to dealing with signals redundant for reliable and stable automatic control.According to the research and design plan,on-site implementation was carried out,ultimately meeting the requirements of each vehicle under its own process conditions,achieving fully automated operation of the vehicle.Conclusion By processing such as multi address detection and signal redundancy,the reliable and stable operation of coke oven locomotive automation can be effectively guaranteed.
