对某型号的成排矫直机牌坊进行了力学与运动学的联合模拟.利用ANSYS软件,构建了一个牌坊的有限元分析模型,对牌坊的应力场和位移场进行了详细计算,并根据国家相关设计标准,利用Re-curdyn软件,进行了运动学分析,其结果表明成排矫直机牌坊与轴承座的接触情况接近于实际工况,该分析结果为成排矫直机牌坊的结构设计和优化提供了有价值的参考.
The joint simulation of mechanics and kinematics was carried out for a certain model of row straightening machine plaque.Using ANSYS software,a finite element analysis model of the plaque was constructed,the stress field and displacement field of the plaque were calculated in detail,and according to the relevant national design standards,the kinematic analysis was carried out by using Recurdyn software,the results show that the contact between the plaque of the row straightening machine and the bearing seat is close to the actual working conditions,and the results of this analysis provide a valuable reference for the structural design and optimization of the plaque of the row straightening machine.The analysis results provide a valuable reference for the structural design and optimization of the row straightening machine plate.
