This article uses the developed online vibration monitoring system to diagnose the faults of the cage and inner ring defects in the transmission system bearings of the hot rolling production line precision rolling unit.Preventive measures are implemented to avoid major equipment accidents and provide reference for the analysis,judgment,and preventive diagnosis of such faults.
