This article proposes an online shredding system for trimming edge,which has the advantages of low failure rate and wide processing range.To implement the design of the scheme and related equipment,this paper analyzes the shredding process of trimming edge,and establishes a shredding power model for the online shredding system of trimming edge by modeling the shredding force of a single blade and the number of shearing teeth involved in the shredding process.Based on this model,the relationship between the number of blades,the amount of overlap,and the shredding power of the shredding equipment was analyzed,and a quantitative relationship between the motor power and the number of blades was obtained.It was found that the motor power and the shredding force increased and decreased respectively with the increase of the amount of overlap,providing theoretical guidance for the design of the system.
