为了解决冷轧退火机组下支撑悬臂式卷取机带钢卷取跑偏问题,消除因为卷取跑偏造成的钢卷塔形,此文重点对梳理了解决问题的方案.本文通过收集不同厚度带钢在卷筒处卷取曲线和跑偏趋势,从卷取机前辊道的安装精度、夹送辊组对带钢运行受力、卷取机的设备结构特点、卷筒精度、卷取过程中带钢受力等方面进行了分析,通过对卷取机跑偏原因的分析研究,有针对性地制定了改进措施并组织实施.通过改进措施执行后,解决了卷取跑偏的问题,保证了生产顺稳.卷取过程中带钢在卷筒上无规律的跑偏,不仅造成了废品率增高,也直接影响到机组正常生产.
In order to solve the problem of steel coil deviation caused by the lower support cantilever coiler of the cold rolling annealing unit and eliminate the steel coil tower shape caused by the coiling deviation,this article focuses on sorting out solutions to the problem.This article collects the coiling curves and deviation trends of different thicknesses of strip steel at the drum,analyzes the installation accuracy of the front roller table of the coiling machine,the operating force of the pinch roller group on the strip steel,the equipment structural characteristics of the coiling machine,the accuracy of the drum,and the force on the strip steel during the coiling process.Through the analysis and research of the reasons for the deviation of the coiling machine,targeted improvement measures have been formulated and organized for implementation.Through the analysis and research of the reasons for the deviation of the coiling machine,targeted improvement measures have been formulated.After the implementation of the improvement measures,the problem of deviation of the coiling machine has been solved,ensuring smooth and stable production.
