Objective To study and solve the problems of high failure rate,long detection and troubleshooting time,and failure prediction in advance of the roller motor in the laminar flow area of hot rolling production line under the harsh working conditions of high temperature,high humidity and corrosive gas.Methods Based on the online current monitoring and insulation detection technology of the motor,the load current and insulation resistance value of the motor were collected,analyzed,warned,and visually configured.Results A set of motor status monitoring system was established to accurately control the motor status and realize real-time online monitoring of the motor equipment status.Conclusions The use of big data information technology to collect and analyze the online current value and resistance value of the motor,refine the electrical fault and mechanical fault rules of the motor,and provide maintenance schemes for online motor fault analysis under complex working conditions.
