Taking the angle steel straightening machine developed by a certain company as the research object, establish a three-dimensional model of angle steel straightening.According to the theoretical equivalent method, the theoretical calculation of the straightening reduction of diagonal Q235 steel is carried out.Based on the Jonson Cook model,a finite element model for continuous straightening of angle steel was constructed to analyze the straightening force of the straightening roller during the straightening process. At the same time, the changes in cross-sectional stress of the angle steel at each straightening roller position and the flatness of the angle steel after straightening under the design reduction regulations were analyzed. The results show that the straightening force of each straightening roller increases first and then decreases;During the continuous reverse bending straightening process, the straightening piece will undergo work hardening, and the cross-sectional stress of the angle steel at each straightening roller position will gradually increase. The conclusions obtained provide a reference for further analysis of optimizing the angle steel straightening process in the future.
