Under the premise of not stopping the wind urgently,it is studied that the distribution can be completed within the specified time when the foreign body is stuck in the central throat of blast furnace,and at the same time,the abnormal furnace conditions can be avoided.The time comparison method was used to track the deviation between the actual cloth time and the theoretical time,and the upper cloth matrix was also adjusted.Through continuous revision,the actual cloth time was basically the same as the theoretical cloth time,and finally the most suitable cloth circle number and cloth time were found out.When one circle of ore distribution was added in each stage,the theoretical distribution time was increased from 75s to 97.5s,which eliminated the phenomenon of distribution delay.The large fluctuation of airflow,the increase of fuel consumption and the emergence of emergency damping down have been avoided,which has accumulated successful experience for similar situations in the future.
