高炉炉顶上密封阀为高炉正常装料的关键设备,针对上密封阀驱动轴与驱动臂母材不同,焊接后焊缝性能较差,且应力集中,经常出现驱动臂根部焊缝开裂现象.从设备原理、结构特点、材质选择、制造工艺、有限元分析等进行分析研究.经过现场实践验证,改进后驱动臂不仅大大改善应力集中和开裂现象,而且其结构和材质的综合性能优异,其他设备改进可进行参照分析.
The sealing valve on the top of the blast furnace is the key equipment for normal charging of the blast furnace.Different from the driving shaft of the upper sealing valve and the base material of the drive arm,the weld performance is poor after welding,and the stress is concentrated,and the weld cracking at the root of the drive arm often occurs.From the equipment principle,structural characteristics,material selection,manufacturing process,finite element analysis analysis and research.After field practice verification,the improved drive arm not only greatly improves the stress concentration and cracking phenomenon,but also has excellent comprehensive performance of its structure and material,and other equipment improvements can be analyzed by reference.
