In order to improve the stability of the hydraulic control system in front of the blast furnace and improve production efficiency,remote control improvements have been to the hydraulic mud gun and opening machine in front of the furnace.By adding PLC control cabinet,solenoid valve console,operation console,remote controller and other equipment,the control mode of the mud gun and the opener is optimized.The practice shows that the operation performance of the hydraulic mud gun opener in front of the blast furnace in improved,the failure rate of the equipment in front of the furnace is reduced,the reliability of operation is improved and the advantages of environmental protection are increased through the remote control transformation of the hydraulic mud gun opener in front of the blast furnace,The production requirements of the blast furnace are continuously strengthened and the economic benefits of the steel plant are improved.
