摘要
本文从适用范围、术语定义、技术内容等方面对新版标准与旧版标准YB/T011《高炉设备主要参数》进行比对和分析.主要对新版标准炉容级别、炉内型、高炉主要设备参数进行介绍,重点对修订前后变化较大的技术内容部分开展解读,为相关企业的设计、制造、使用人员提供参考,促进相关从业者更系统、全面、准确地理解和应用新版标准,本文简要介绍了新发布的黑色冶金行业标准YB/T 011-2021《高炉设备主要参数》修订情况,重点介绍了标准的主要技术指标的变化.对企业执行标准具有指导意义.
Abstract
This article compares and analyzes the new standard and the old standard YB/T 011"Main Parameters of Blast Furnace Equipment"from the aspects of scope of application,terminology definitions,technical content,etc.Mainly introducing the new standard furnace capacity level,furnace type,and main equipment parameters of the blast furnace,with a focus on interpreting the"technical content"that has undergone significant changes before and after revision,providing reference for design,manufacturing,and user personnel of relevant enterprises,and promoting relevant practitioners to understand and apply the new standard more systematically,comprehensively,and accurately,This article briefly introduces the revision of the newly released black metallurgy industry standard YB/T 011-2021"Main Parameters of Blast Furnace Equipment",with a focus on the changes in the main technical indicators of the standard.Guiding significance for enterprises to implement standards.
