Research on Online Steel Leakage Prediction of Billet Continuous Caster
Research on billet caster using existing on-line equipment detection system,through on-line monitoring the data of billet caster amplitude,frequency,electric cylinder current of vibrating table,height of mould liquid level,temperature difference of water in and out of mould,the real-time tracking,on-line data analysis and calculation are carried out,by contrast,the breakout prediction system of billet continuous casting is established,the alarm value is set for the data with breakout state,and the alarm prediction is realized by on-line real-time monitoring abnormal data,it can be applied to the intelligentization of billet caster in China.
