Research on Hydraulic System Status Monitoring System for the Forging Machine
In order to improve the reliability of forging machine tools and reduce the failure rate during operation,taking the RZU thin plate stretching machine tool as an example,the mechanism and hydraulic system of the forging machine tool were analyzed,and the common faults of the forging machine tool were summarized.Based on this,a hydraulic system status monitoring system for the forging machine tool was designed,which can be used for the maintenance of the hydraulic system of the forging machine tool and for fast and accurate fault diagnosis,Reducing the economic losses caused by forging machine failures can ensure personal safety and remote equipment management.
