Design of Electrostatic Oil Purification System for Metallurgical Hydraulic Lubrication Station
Objective:To design a high-efficiency dirty electrostatic oil cleaning device for metallurgical hydraulic lubrication station.Method:This paper first analyzes the force distribution of pollutant particles in hydraulic oil with external electric field strength based on the electrostatic oil purification mechanism of the hydraulic oil purification system.Based on this analysis,the influence of external electric field strength,dust collector structure,oil flow rate,and purification time on the oil purification efficiency is analyzed;Further simulate the field strength and oil purification process generated by different electrode combinations through software;Further invention of a high nanoparticle electrostatic oil purification device capable of purifying a certain water content,and completion of its industrial prototype production.Result:The design of a high capacity electrostatic oil purification system that can purify a certain water content has been completed.The overall design includes an oil suction filter,oil-water separator,pre filter,pollution level sensor,and closed-loop control module.At the same time,a new type of dust collection structure has been designed.Conclusion:The electrostatic oil purification process requires the applied electric field to have a certain strength and gradient,but the applied electric field strength cannot be too large;The electric field gradient generated by the tightly packed drum shaped dust collector structure with wire tube electrodes is relatively large,and this structure has strong pollution carrying capacity;The flow rate should not be too large;The purification time must be less than the time required for electrophoretic force to counteract electrostatic repulsion.
