基于有限元的运输车转向架强度分析

针某110t特种铁水运输车转向架构架开展了有限元仿真分析,确定了构架应力集中点.设计并制造了整转向架静强度试验台,该试验平台可以满足标准TB/T3549.1-2019规定载荷加载要求.基于整转向架试验台开展了静强度试验,评估了其静强度和疲劳强度.结果表明,转向架构架薄弱位置位于横侧梁焊接位置和横梁折弯位置.超常载荷工况下,构架试验测试应力为144.69MPa.模拟运营工况下,构架最大应力为132.81 MPa.各工况下转向架构架测点均满足静强度要求.通过Goodman图评估了其疲劳强度,结果表明各测点试验测试结果均在Goodman图包络线以内,满足疲劳强度要求.
Analysis on Static Strength of Bogie Frame based on Finite Element
The static strength finite element simulation analysis was carried out for the bogie frame of a 110 t special molten iron transport vehicle,and the stress concentration point of the frame was determined.The static strength test bench of the whole bogie is designed and manufactured,and the standard TB/T3549.1-2019 stipulates the load loading requirements.Based on the test bench,the static strength test was carried out to evaluate its static strength and fatigue strength.The results show that the weak position of the bogie frame is located at the welding position of the cross beam and the bending position of the cross beam.Under the condition of abnormal load,the test stress of the frame is 144.69MPa.Under the simulated operating conditions,the maximum stress of the frame is 132.81MPa,which meets the static strength requirements.The fatigue strength is evaluated by Goodman diagram.The results show that the test results of each measuring point are within the envelope of Goodman diagram,which meets the requirements of fatigue strength.
