为了研究高炉炉顶气密箱的更换技术,通过详细论述气密箱的安装、维护过程,并对炉顶法兰的平面度重新测量校准;在试车时详细对比了齿轮高低速旋转和倾动升降下的电流变化情况并对气密箱内溜槽实际倾动角度和显示角度进行了分析;结果表明当平面度最大误差在2.5mm,60°范围内的平面度误差在0~2mm,倾动角度误差不大于0.5°时,对气密箱的安装、运行无影响,气密性强,布料准确.
In order to study the replacement technology of blast furnace top gas-tight box,the installation and maintenance process of the airtight box are discussed in detail,and the flatness of the furnace top flange is re-measured and calibrated.During testing;Detailed comparison of current changes under high and low speed rotation and tilting lifting of gears,And the actual tilting angle and display angle of the chute in the airtight box were analyzed,The results show that when the maximum flatness error is 2.5 mm,the flatness error in the range of 60° is 0~2 mm,and the inclination error is less than 0.5°,there is no influence on the installation and operation of the airtight box.And strong air tightness,cloth accurate.
