摘要

滑动轴承轴瓦温度是大型旋转设备运行最重要的监控参数之一,其测温元件线缆部位渗油是现场设备管理的痛点.本文通过分解测温元件线缆结构计算其空腔比例,证实虹吸效应是引发线缆渗油的主要原因,并给出三种阻断方案,经过对比和实际验证后得到一种成本低效果好的仪表线缆漏油解决方法.

Abstract

The temperature of sliding bearing bushings is one of the most important monitoring parameters for the operation of large rotating equipment,but the oil leakage in the cable part of its temperature measuring element is a pain point in on-site equipment management.This article calculates the cavity ratio of the temperature measuring element cable structure by decomposing it,confirms that the siphon effect is the main cause of cable oil leakage,and provides three blocking schemes.After comparison and practical verification,a cost-effective and effective solution for instrument cable oil leakage is obtained.
