In order to further optimize the use of slag detection system in ladle,improve the quality of molten steel,and enhance the level of refined management,by discussing the hazards caused by swirling slag in the ladle,the working principle of slag detection in the ladle,the problems existing in the use process,and key control measures,ensuring the stability of the slag detection system during use.And a comparative analysis was conducted on the residual steel amount of different slag detection settings,providing technical support for the precise control of residual steel amount in the ladle slag detection system,while improving the overall quality management level.
