This article combines the Blast furnace 2800m3 renovation project of a steel plant,the existing problems of the tapping machine used in the field were analyzed,and upgrades the equipment and its control system,After the transformation,the overall performance of the equipment has been greatly improved,and the problems of difficult on-site maintenance,high maintenance cost and low opening efficiency of the rock drill have been solved.Good results have been achieved in the process of use,which provides a reference basis for the equipment transformation of iron and steel companies.
