摘要

本文主要研究红外热成像仪在液压系统中的技术应用,即利用其图像温差显示技术,以便快速识别油箱真实液位,快速排查电磁换向阀、液控单向阀、压力控制阀等液压控制阀异常温升问题,或各类阀门关闭不严,冷却器堵塞等问题,由此提高设备维护人员,针对设备状态的点检效率,以及故障分析判断准确度.

Abstract

This article mainly studies the technical application of infrared thermal imager in hydraulic systems,which uses its image temperature difference display technology to quickly identify the true liquid level of the oil tank,quickly troubleshoot abnormal temperature rise problems of hydraulic control valves such as electromagnetic directional valves,hydraulic control one-way valves,and pressure control valves,or problems such as loose valve closure and cooler blockage.This improves the efficiency of equipment maintenance personnel,inspection efficiency for equipment status,and accuracy of fault analysis and judgment.
