The application of high voltage frequency conversion control system in hot air system of belt roasting pellet process was studied.The high voltage frequency converter is used in the main electrical circuit,and the high voltage frequency conversion soft starter is used in the electrical bypass.Normally,the fan is started,operated and adjusted through the high voltage inverter of the main circuit,and the starting of the fan is smooth and the air volume is adjusted accurately.When the main circuit inverter fails to stop,the fan can be started by the bypass high-voltage variable frequency soft starter,and the fan can be switched to the power frequency circuit after starting.Through the combination of main circuit high voltage frequency converter and bypass high voltage frequency converter,the energy consumption is reduced,the reliable operation of the fan is ensured,and the requirements of continuous production are met.
